Q) What does Updating involve?
A) Updating involves selecting the new equipment from your supplier and entering a new Flexirent Operating Lease agreement. You can then either offer to purchase the old equipment or return it to us.

Q) Can I update to new computer equipment before the end of my Lease Agreement?
A) Yes. Regardless of term of your agreement, you can update before the end of the lease agreement.

Q) What does it cost to update?
A) There is no lump sum cash pay out required. The amount that you owe us under your old agreement can be simply added to the new Flexirent Operating Lease agreement. Whilst you can update the equipment at any time, it is most economical to do so in the last six months of the agreement.

Advise if you would like to make an offer to purchase the existing equipment or if you wish to return the equipment to us. If you are upgrading, decide the spending limit you would like for a new agreement and FlexiGroup will determine your new lease payments.

Go to your supplier and select your new equipment: FlexiGroup will prepare the paper work and fax it to your supplier. Read and sign the paper work then collect the new equipment. Unless you want to change your banking details, FlexiGroup will simply deduct the first payment of your new agreement as previously arranged. You do not need to make any additional payment to the supplier.
