A) Unlike most other finance companies, FlexiGroup will contact you prior to
the end of your FlexiLine agreement to facilitate the planning of replacement
equipment or an agreement extension.

Q) What are the fees associated with FlexiLine?
A) There are no establishment fees or ongoing charges.

Q) Does FlexiGroup lock you into rental extensions at the end of the agreement?
A) No hidden surprises at the end of your agreement and no clauses that
will disadvantage you or trap you for an extended period.

Q) Can we include software & installation in our FlexiLine agreement?
A) You can bundle all your IT and technology equipment, software and
installation into one FlexiLine agreement*.

Q) Can I upgrade my equipment before the end of my agreement?
A) FlexiLine Operating Lease provides the flexibility to easily and
seamlessly upgrade to better equipment during the term of the lease - whether
you have multiple items and only wish to upgrade one item, or whether you need
to upgrade most of your network. Subsequent rentals are simply adjusted to include
the cost of additional equipment. You can upgrade to new equipment at any time,
however customers typically upgrade in the last six months of their agreement.
